How does a lookup work?
Each item is identified by a unique 6-character code. Anyone who finds your item can enter the code on the home page (or visit luggagetag.cloud/ABC123) to see the contact info you've associated with it.
What information is shown publicly?
Only the fields you save on the item (or inherit from your profile) are shown to whoever looks up the code. Do not store anything you wouldn't want a stranger holding the code to see.
Can I change an item's information later?
Yes. Sign in, go to My items, and click Edit next to the item. You can also update your default contact info on the Profile page.
I forgot my password.
Use the password reset page to receive a reset link by email.
How do I delete an item or my account?
You can delete an item from its edit page. To delete your account or have your data removed, email us at support@luggagetag.cloud.
